✓ Will I have my own web site?
Yes. With the exception of our Extras options, New Montage will secure your dedicated domain name (i.e. www.jonesfamily.com) and Internet hosting, all included in your package, for a period of one year. Ten months after your site is activated, New Montage will notify you of renewal options.
✓ Can I add content to my site?
New Montage maintains proprietary control over the web pages for our clients. We will be pleased to work with you on customizing your site. If you have a blog, we will be able to embed that page within the design of your new web site.
✓ What are your terms?
New Montage requires a 50 percent deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50 percent payable when the project is completed. We accept payment via check, money order, and credit card (through Paypal) and will provide you with a link to our account when you place your order.

✓ What are the payment options?
We accept money orders, personal checks, and credit cards processed through PayPal. Additional payment details will be provided when you initiate your order.
✓ When will my project be ready?
After receiving all of your materials, we make every effort to complete your project within three weeks. Please contact us regarding availability for rush orders; depending on our schedule, we may be able to turn around a project in 24, 48, or 72 hours.
✓ What about copyrighted music?
Under terms of "fair use," as long as your project is exclusively for personal use and you are not marketing your project, you may legally include copyrighted music. We require you to acknowledge in your Contract that you are using your project for non-commercial purposes.
New Montage will, at no extra charge, secure these songs if available; otherwise, we'll ask you to send your musical selections to us.

✓ Do I have memorabilia options?
Your project may include old photos, invitations, recipe cards, pressed flowers, newspaper articles . . . essentially, anything scannable can be included in your project.
✓ Will other people see my site?
The web site belongs to you, and it's entirely your decision whether or not to share it with family and friends. New Montage tests its work extensively across all major browsers, and the visual results are nearly identical on each personal computer.
